GVO HOSPITALITY

At GVO, we celebrate the vibrant culture of South LA, which shapes much of what the world consumes yet often goes unrecognized. Founded by South LA natives Yonnie Hagos and Ajay Relan, our mission is to inspire guests through our thoughtfully designed spaces, food, and authentic interactions.

Our journey began with The Parlor Hollywood, followed by the launch of Hilltop Coffee + Kitchen in 2018. In September 2024, we expanded with the opening of LOST, adding to our portfolio of spaces that reflect the spirit of our community. With five Hilltop locations and new concepts on the horizon, GVO is dedicated to showcasing and honoring the culture that defines us.
